Device Policy:

In keeping with our commitment to fostering a distraction-free and inclusive environment, we have established the following guidelines for the use of electronic devices during the INYP conference:

• Laptop/Tablet Use: Laptop/Tablets may be used as per the committee specific guidelines shared by the Executive Board members. However, at no point should any device be opened during formal debates and sessions. You will be provided with notepads for note taking and passing committee notes.
• Mobile Phones: We will continue to adhere to the established guidelines with regards to mobile phones.
  Grades 8 and 9 - Mobile phones are not allowed.
  Grades 10, 11 and 12 - While you may carry your phones to school as usual, please ensure you are not using the phones during any committee session.
  Please keep your phones on silent mode throughout.
• Photography and Recording: Recording committee sessions are strictly prohibited, including the use of cameras, smartphones, or any other recording devices. Please respect the privacy and confidentiality of discussions. We will have a dedicated team that will be sharing videos and photos from the conference on our official INYP handle and website. Please feel free to access those.
  
• Technical Support: Technical support will be available throughout the conference should you encounter any issues with your devices or need assistance.

Dress Code Policy:

INYP maintains a formal dress code to promote professionalism and respect for the conference environment. Please adhere to the following dress code guidelines

• Western Business Attire: Delegates are expected to wear Western business attire, which includes formal suits / blouses / dresses / ties / skirts (of knee length) / trousers and comfortable and appropriate footwear.
• Traditional Attire: Delegates part of the Indian/ regional committees are encouraged to wear Indian formal attire such as sarees, kurtas, salwar - kurtas, Indian skirts etc.
• Modesty and Respect: Please ensure that your attire is modest and respectful, avoiding clothing with offensive or controversial symbols, slogans, or graphics.

Please also ensure you are dressed neatly and respectfully, in a manner that is conducive to the professional atmosphere of the conference. Therefore, avoid flashy clothes or clothes that are short (above knee length). Please also note we will not be allowing tank tops / tube tops etc during the conference. We kindly ask all participants to adhere to these policies throughout the duration of the conference. These guidelines are designed to create a focused and respectful environment where fruitful discussions and diplomacy can thrive.
